SAMEC and automatic lamination between rubber and TPU in injection molding machines

Patented full process technology whereby rubber is loaded inside a mold, the ring closed and a film heated by a lamp in a vacuum environment applied. Once the film has bonded perfectly to the rubber, polyurethane is cast so as to obtain a finished sole without any manual bonding intervention. This is a process that ensures excellent and consistent quality by avoiding the lack of uniformity and avoids the risk of soiling the product with manual gluing or carding that could ruin the materials. The system has also been transferred to upper injection processes, which thus make it possible to obtain automatically not only the rubber and polyurethane coupling for the sole, but also the finished shoe in its entirety.
