The new corporate brand identifies the major sustainable machines
Leader in leather sammying and drying machines, Bauce presented its new through-feed and setting-out sammying machine MVC-4S Versus to the market. The most important change is given by the new electric, istead of hydraulic, motorisation which ensures significant saving on energy consumption (-20%), as well as on maintenance and oil consumption (-75%). The machine bears the brand new Ecoprocess corporate brand which from now on will mark the most sustainable models designed by the Venetian company which in this area also boasts the Assomac Green Plate certification. The new through-feed and setting-out sammying machine, available in various sizes from 1,800 to 3,500 mm, is the result of over 45 years of experience in the specific sector and offers surface increase and a high drying quality. It has three different working functions: belly to belly mode, back to neck mode and side leather. The new design features a larger diameter bladed cylinder assembly for greater opening, more powerful engines and the possibility to make three passages under the bladed cylinders on the most wrinkled part of the skin. The machine meets the requirements of Industry 4.0 and can be easily remote assisted by the parent company.
