OMAV, water-based insole bonding from above

A machine for top-down, water-based bonding of insoles or directly of shoe soles (by pulling out the sole drag roller) and for materials that are not perfectly flat. A very popular machine, particularly in international markets, given its focus on sustainability issues. The counter-roller application head is totally removable without tools and is adjustable in height to facilitate processing by any operator.

A QRcode placed on the machines allows the customer to download the machine configuration, with an indication of the on board optional, to verify both the actual correspondence with the order and the provision of the required certifications.
