On the occasion of Simac Tanning Tech 2022, Galli S.p.a. (HALL 14 – K09/K17) revolutionises the traditional approach to the fair, aiming not only to raise awareness of machinery but also of the whole world of services available to customers.
In a constantly evolving international context, where the term flexibility is applied daily to every situation, thanks to its new corporate organisation, the Vigevano based company will highlight what has been achieved in recent years.
The proposed innovations will find space in different areas dedicated to aspects considered fundamental by Galli: technical service “SUPPORT”, training “ACADEMY”, and the “INDUSTRY 4.0” interconnection. Teams of specialised technicians will show how daily problems are faced and solved or how staff training in the correct use of machinery can really guarantee a plus compared to the mere sale of technology. The new HYPERVISOR and KOSMOS software, on the other hand, will greatly simplify the integration of the new 4.0 machinery within the different management networks used.
The “RENDERING & PROGETTAZIONE LAYOUT” is worth mentioning, which is this year’s real treat. It is an innovative department, managed by young and dynamic resources, with the aim of following customers in the dimensioning and virtual generation of new production departments.
Also the new digital tool is strongly connected to this service and will find its space at the fair: INTERACTIVE 3D LAYOUT FACTORY. A new digital platform that allows you to view different production departments, up to the specific details of each individual machine. An interactive totem to view some different layouts of virtualised factories. A sort of evolved catalogue that tells about the individual machines, highlighting also the importance of having a modern system of process solutions – promoted by Galli thanks to its vast experience in the sector – to improve the efficiency of the productive departments.
And if all this is not enough to whet the curiosity, also the new Galli solutions for 2023 will obviously find their place at the fair.
