MM SOLUTION: Complete system for making soles

Energy-saving cutting center with patented mechanical head without the use of compressed air. New numerical milling machine to automatically perform the milling operation of the outer edge of soles. Sophisticated 5-axis interpolated CNC performs various types of inclinations. Working center with two spindles for soles skiving , including rotating axys for soles decoration channeling and […]

FAINPLAST: Biomaterials for compounds with unchanged performance

Bloom produces sustainable materials used by the footwear industry to protect the environment by reducing carbon emissions through the use of natural algae-based products instead of petroleum-based ones. Excess proliferating algae are transformed by Bloom into reusable biomaterials. Fainplast using Bloom’s biomaterials, has developed a new line of compounds with reduced environmental impact. These products, […]

WINTECH: trend in sole molding machinery

Energy conservation today is the most current issue being felt by companies. Work is constantly being done to reduce electricity consumption in all facilities. Difficulty in sourcing electronic components and more are driving manufacturers to have to continually reengineer machines to maintain the quality levels characteristic of leading companies but still be able to meet […]

PL PROJECT: Innovative edge dyeing system

Machine that consumes so little electricity that it can be powered by a powerbank recharged at night when energy is cheaper. Wireless magnetic motor. The head can be assembled and disassembled very easily and quickly to do color changes and to clean the components that come in contact with the color. Once closed with the […]

GUSBI: Innovation trends in PU printing

PU machine manufacturers are working in several directions to increasingly improve molding processes for a compound that offers so many advantages over traditional thermoplastics. One trend is the use of polyurethanes with increasingly lower densities to reduce component weight and gain share in applications that require lighter soles. Efforts are being made to achieve maximum […]

ELETTROTECNICA BC: Fridge with inverter for shoe conveyor line

Energy saving today is one of the priority issues for companies. In the conveyor line, refrigerators and ovens are among the machines that contribute the most to electricity absorption. The new inverter refrigerator achieves up to 50 percent less energy consumption and significantly reduces noise compared to traditional refrigerators used in shoe production. At startup, […]

MAIN GROUP: Use of recycled material in the molding of EVA

A module is mounted upstream of the injector of the EVA sole molding machine that mixes granules of recycled material with new material from raw material storage bins. Recycled material can be added to the extent of up to 30 percent of the total with obvious savings in cost and environmental impact.

DESMA: Use of recycled material in the polyurethane direct injection

A modification of the injection screw as well as the feeding system allows granules from grinding waste materials to be added to the injection of the two polyurethane components. The percentage of recycled material varies from 10% to 20% and depends on the desired performance characteristics of the sole obtained.
