ELETTROTECNICA BC: Fridge with inverter for shoe conveyor line

Energy saving today is one of the priority issues for companies. In the conveyor line, refrigerators and ovens are among the machines that contribute the most to electricity absorption.

The new inverter refrigerator achieves up to 50 percent less energy consumption and significantly reduces noise compared to traditional refrigerators used in shoe production.

At startup, the machine runs a ventilation cycle to clean off any fragments of material left over from the previous day. The initial peak allows the internal chamber to come up to temperature, and from then on the inverter dynamically adjusts the power consumption.
